After losing to Forest Hills the last time they met, Concord decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Spiders were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Yellow Jackets on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Spiders.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Concord was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-15, 25-15.

Lily Hermans paced Concord's offense, picking up six kills. Hermans got some help from Adeline Fulton and her 12 assists. Hermans was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Concord's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Concord will challenge Mount Pleasant at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Forest Hills, they will head out to face off against Montgomery Central at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
