Baseball Recap: Bolton Comes Up Short

Bolton was the 11-7 winner over Kingsbury when they last played one another last Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats fell 8-5 to the Falcons on Friday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ethan Graham made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-1. Jerry Johnson also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Bolton's loss dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Kingsbury, their record now sits at 5-6.

Coming up, Bolton will welcome Haywood at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The contest will give the Wildcats their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Kingsbury, they will head out on the road to face off against Memphis Business Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
