Baseball Recap: Bingham Comes Up Short

Bingham and Mountain Ridge squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Bingham had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Sentinels by a score of 4-2. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Sentinels this season, with their most recent loss being a 7-6 defeat on May 2nd.

Bingham saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kam Beck, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

This is the second loss in a row for Bingham and nudges their season record down to 18-12. As for Mountain Ridge, their win bumped their record up to 19-11.

As of now, neither Bingham nor the Sentinels have any future games scheduled.
