Volleyball Recap: Penasco Comes Up Short

The Penasco Panthers came up short against the Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins on Saturday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-17, 25-11.

Penasco now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Santa Fe Prep, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Penasco will be taking part in a tournament against Pecos at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. As for Santa Fe Prep, they will face off against Oak Grove Classical Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
