Vail Christian had won four straight games and Sam Bates did her part to make it five on Friday. The Saints blew past the Rangely Panthers 3-0 for which the team can thank Bates, who had 15 digs and two assists. She has been hot recently, having posted 14 or more digs the last three times she's played.
