Tyler Holmes produced his best game of the campaign on Thursday: he posted ten points and three steals. Perhaps even more impressive was his lead-up to Thursday's game, in which he outscored his previous point total for three consecutive games. This year, he has averaged 4.8 points, 1.9 steals, and 1.6 boards.

Holmes and Gulf won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Palm Harbor University at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Palm Harbor University will enter the matchup having just beaten Hudson, so Gulf will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
