While Norton's win against Attleboro wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lancers had just enough and edged out the Bombardiers 3-2. The Lancers haven't had any issues with the Bombardiers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Norton was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-22, 19-25, 25-6, 15-5.

Alex George had a dynamite game, getting 23 digs and two aces. That's the most aces he has posted over his last seven contests.

George wasn't the only good server: Norton was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in four consecutive games.

Norton's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for Attleboro, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.

Norton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Dighton-Rehoboth Regional on the 14th. After both having extra time off, Attleboro and King Philip Regional will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bombardiers are facing the Warriors at the right time seeing as the Warriors are stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
