While Norton's win against Attleboro wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lancers had just enough and edged out the Bombardiers 3-2. The Lancers haven't had any issues with the Bombardiers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Norton was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-22, 19-25, 25-6, 15-5.
Alex George had a dynamite game, getting 23 digs and two aces. That's the most aces he has posted over his last seven contests.
