Jace Plumb put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April of 2024 on Sunday. He struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits (and not a single walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances.
