Volleyball Recap: North Cobb Christian Comes Up Short

The North Cobb Christian Eagles came up short against The King's Academy Knights on Thursday and fell 2-0. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Cobb Christian was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-15.

North Cobb Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for The King's Academy, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Cobb Christian will host Whitefield Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for The King's Academy, they will welcome Georgia-Cumberland Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
