Chiawana is 8-2 against Richland since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Riverhawks will head out to take on the Bombers at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with Chiawana sitting on three straight wins and Richland on six.

Chiawana is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Washington's top teams: Pasco, who was ranked 23rd at the time (Chiawana was ranked tenth). The Riverhawks' defense stepped up to hand the Bulldogs a 1-0 shutout on Tuesday. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Chiawana were the better team in the second half.

Meanwhile, Richland got the win against Southridge on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

The Bombers hit the Suns with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from William Um, Evyn McLellan, and Martin Rivera.

Chiawana's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-0-1. As for Richland, their win bumped their record up to 8-4.
