Soccer Game Preview: Cesar E. Chavez vs. Alief Taylor

Cesar E. Chavez is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to four goals on Thursday, they were much more limited against Goose Creek Memorial on Tuesday. They lost 5-0 to the Patriots.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Alief Taylor duked it out with Fort Bend Travis on Tuesday. The Lions never let the Tigers get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Alief Taylor.

Jovanny Serrano and Max Rodriguez scored all three of Alief Taylor's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Cesar E. Chavez's loss dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Alief Taylor, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
