Volleyball Recap: Khloe Sanderson and Megan Young Secure Win for Labrae

LaBrae entered their tilt with Champion on Thursday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Golden Flashes with a sharp 3-0 win. The contest marked the Vikings' most dominant victory of the season so far.

While LaBrae won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 25-8, 25-14.

LaBrae was led to victory by Megan Young and Khloe Sanderson. Young had nine digs and three aces, while Sanderson had 13 digs. Those three aces gave Young a new career-high.

LaBrae's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Champion, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
