East Palestine is 6-1 against Toronto since December of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The East Palestine Bulldogs will head out on the road to square off against the Toronto Red Knights at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

East Palestine is headed into the match out to prove that what happened against Western Reserve on Saturday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. East Palestine was outmatched by Western Reserve and fell 71-21. The Bulldogs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 54-15.

Meanwhile, Toronto was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by Catholic Central 64-37.

This is the second loss in a row for East Palestine and nudges their season record down to 5-16. As for Toronto, their loss dropped their record down to 8-11.

East Palestine was dealt a bruising 41-6 defeat at the hands of Toronto in their previous matchup back in December of 2024. That contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point East Palestine was down 23-2.
