Tenoroc extends road losing streak to 11

Recap: Tenoroc Titans vs. Lake Wales Highlanders

The Tenoroc Titans suffered their biggest loss since January 4th on Monday. They took a serious blow against Lake Wales, falling 75-34. Tenoroc was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-20.

Leading Lake Wales to victory were Sebastian Perez and Cedarius Christian. Perez scored 17 points along with three steals and two blocks, while Christian scored 16 points along with five rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Christian has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Samauri Wilson, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.

Tenoroc's defeat was their 11th straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-17. As for Lake Wales, their victory bumped their record up to 8-13.

Tenoroc will be playing in front of their home fans against Haines City at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lake Wales, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Santa Fe Catholic at 8:00 p.m. on January 30th. One thing working in Santa Fe Catholic's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last 12 matchups.
