Baseball Recap: Harker Eagles vs. Pajaro Valley Grizzlies
Harker's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Pajaro Valley Grizzlies with a sharp 10-2 victory. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Eagles' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.
Shaurya Jain was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over four innings pitched. In other batting news, Mason Brooks was incredible, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
