After both having extra time off, the Mountain Island Charter Raptors and the Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy Eagles will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mountain Island Charter will be strutting in after a victory while Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy will be coming in after a loss.

Last Thursday, everything came up roses for Mountain Island Charter against North Hills Christian as the squad secured a 51-20 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Raptors.

Mountain Island Charter got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kennadie Nicholson out in front who went 5-for-10 en route to 12 points and three steals. What's more, Nicholson also posted a 50% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in December of 2024. Tarriah Washington was another key player, shooting 45% from the field to rack up 15 points.

Bonnie Cone Leadership Academy played against NCSSM: Morganton last Thursday and lost via forfeit.
