Basketball Recap: Bryson Fabrizio Key Part of Team Effort in Tigers Win

Tabiona won the last time they faced Manila and things went their way on Friday too. The Tabiona Tigers managed a 56-50 win over the Manila Mustangs.

Tabiona got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Bryson Fabrizio out in front who almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine assists. That's the most assists Fabrizio has posted since back in December of 2024. Dallin Park was another key player, putting up 15 points and six boards.

Tabiona smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their offensive board total in three consecutive matches.

Several Mustangs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Teague Goodman, who had 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brackin Lail, who scored ten points.

Tabiona's record now sits at 17-5. As for Manila, their loss dropped their record down to 10-13.

Tabiona wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 59-50 win against Tintic on the 15th. As for Manila, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 50-46 victory against Wendover on the 15th.
