Basketball Recap: Conway Christian Now 6-2 over Last Eight Games

Conway Christian was handed a heart-breaking three-point defeat in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against White County Central on Tuesday. The Conway Christian Eagles put the hurt on the White County Central Bears with a sharp 58-35 victory. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 56th, while the Bears are ranked 226th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Conway Christian is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.3 points per game. As for White County Central, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-24.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Conway Christian will take on Central Arkansas Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for White County Central, they will challenge Concord at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
