Baseball Recap: Lincolnview Picks Up Eighth Straight Win at Home

Lincolnview won the last time they faced Ottoville and things went their way on Monday too. The Lancers were the clear victors by a 24-1 margin over the Big Green. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lancers.

Myles Moody made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Moody was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Gavin Evans, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with four runs, five RBI, and two doubles. Chayse Overholt was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 4-for-4.

Lincolnview always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .711. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Ottoville only posted an OBP of .176.
