Cuba City waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Southwestern Wildcats by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on Thursday.

Maya Misky paced Cuba City's offense, picking up nine kills. Misky got some help from Emersyn Niles and her 19 assists. Misky also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Cheyenne Houtakker, each putting up two.

Cuba City's victory bumped their record up to 23-12. As for Southwestern, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-10 record this season.

Cuba City didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Mineral Point on the 14th. As for Southwestern, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Fennimore on the 14th.
