Pinellas Park's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Anclote Sharks 4-3. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Sharks recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Pinellas Park's victory was truly a team effort as seven different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Carter DuBois, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Another was Kingston Le, who went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases.

Pinellas Park's win bumped their record up to 9-13. As for Anclote, they dropped their record down to 5-15 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pinellas Park will square off against Indian Rocks Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Anclote, they will challenge Clearwater at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tornadoes' pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so the Sharks' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
