Volleyball Recap: Northern Valley Victorious

Northern Valley won the last time they faced Triplains and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Huskies came out on top against the Vikings by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Huskies.

Northern Valley not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Triplains between 17 and 18 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18.

Jaycee Gebhard paced Northern Valley's offense, picking up five kills. Gebhard got some help from Iris Schemper and her five assists. Brooke Preston controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Northern Valley's win bumped their record up to 8-25. As for Triplains, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2-10.

Northern Valley has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Wheatland-Grinnell on the 21st. Triplains does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
