While Prairie Ridge put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Crystal Lake South. The Wolves were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over the Gators. The result was nothing new for the Wolves, who have now won ten games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Prairie Ridge is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-1-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Crystal Lake South, their defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-13.
