Edison kept a clean sheet against Shawnee on Tuesday. They blew past Wolves 5-0. Give Edison's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Edison is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 27 goals over those seven contests. As for Shawnee, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edison will venture away from home to take on Bishop Kelley at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Shawnee, they will head out to challenge Coweta at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Coweta will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Shawnee surely won't give up without a fight.
