Basketball Game Preview: Bath County Chargers vs. Eastern Montgomery Mustangs

Bath County is 1-8 against Eastern Montgomery since January of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Bath County Chargers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Eastern Montgomery Mustangs at 6:00 p.m.

Last Monday, Bath County had to suffer through a 65-20 loss at the hands of Narrows. The loss was the Chargers' first of the season.

Meanwhile, Eastern Montgomery came into Tuesday's match having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Craig County on Tuesday, sneaking past 27-25.

Eastern Montgomery's win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-5. As for Bath County, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
