Basketball Recap: Hillsboro Takes a Loss

Hillsboro lost against Putnam back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Hillsboro Spartans came up short against the Putnam Kingsmen, falling 69-49. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hillsboro's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Putnam, their win bumped their record up to 8-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hillsboro will venture away from home to square off against La Salle at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Putnam, they will head out to challenge Canby at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
