After flying high against Sacred Heart on Saturday, Chillicothe came back down to earth. The Hornets came up short against the Bishop LeBlond Eagles on Monday, falling 5-2. Chillicothe's defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Chillicothe's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Bishop LeBlond, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-3.

Coincidentally, Chillicothe and Bishop LeBlond will both be playing St. Paul Lutheran the next time they take the pitch. The Hornets will host the Saints at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Eagles will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
