King was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Miller Buccaneers, falling 68-0. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Mustangs were not able to get on the board.

Miller had a senior duo take command as Trevor Long threw for 338 yards and five touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes and Broderick Taylor rushed for 122 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries. Those 338 passing yards set a new season-high mark for Long.
