Southwest put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Southside Cardinals with a sharp 6-1 victory. The score was close at the half, but the Dragons pulled away in the second half with five goals.

They hit Southside with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Sebastian Huerta (2), Alfredo Plascencia (2), Santiago Delgadillo, and Caleb Barajas.

Southwest pushed their record up to 15-0 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. As for Southside, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.
