Preview: Braintree vs. Natick
On Friday Natick take on Braintree at Braintree Stadium Turf at 7:00 PM. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close match.
Natick took their match against Walpole last Friday by a conclusive 42-14 score. Sophomore Will Lederman was the offensive standout of the match for Natick, as he picked up 101 yards on the ground and accumulated 245 passing yards.
Meanwhile, Braintree had enough points to win and then some against Framingham, taking their game 46-28.
Their wins bumped Natick to 1-2 and Braintree to 3-0. Given their high-scoring efforts against their previous opponents, it will be interesting to see how far up these teams can run up the score.
