Volleyball Recap: Sharyland Comes Up Short

Sharyland was the 3-0 winner over McAllen Memorial when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Rattlers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustangs on Tuesday. The Rattlers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 21-25, 25-18, 25-9.

Sharyland's defeat dropped their record down to 9-4. As for McAllen Memorial, the win keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.

Looking ahead, Sharyland will be taking part in a tournament against Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial at 4:50 p.m. on Thursday. As for McAllen Memorial, they will take on Churchill in a tournament on Friday.
