Providence Academy won the last time they faced First Baptist Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. Providence Academy was the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over First Baptist Academy. The win made it back-to-back victories for Providence Academy.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-16, 25-18.

Margo Baldridge paced Providence Academy's offense, picking up ten kills. Baldridge got some help from Ellie Smith and her 22 assists. Allison Berry controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Providence Academy's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for First Baptist Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Providence Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against White Academy on the 5th. As for First Baptist Academy, they will take on Grace Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
