Soccer Recap: Moorefield Comes Up Short

Moorefield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They came up short against the Berkeley Springs Indians, falling 10-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against Berkeley Springs this season, with their most recent defeat being a 7-0 loss last Monday.

Moorefield's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Berkeley Springs, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-5.

Moorefield does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Berkeley Springs, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 win against Pocahontas County on the 25th.
