Soccer Game Preview: Freedom vs. Wrightstown

The Freedom Irish will challenge the Wrightstown Tigers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Freedom's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Freedom is headed into the matchup having not lost since August 28 and will look to keep things rolling. They and Marinette finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw on Thursday.

Andres Chavez and Caleb Kurey scored both of Freedom's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Meanwhile, for the first time since back in August, Wrightstown was forced to settle for a draw on Thursday. They played to a draw too, finishing 2-2 against Clintonville.

With that draw, Wrightstown's record moves to 5-7-2. Meanwhile, Freedom's record is now 9-1-4.

Freedom beat Wrightstown 3-1 when the teams last played back in September of 2023. Do the Irish have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
