San Ramon Valley is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Friday. They will head out to square off against the Amador Valley Dons at 7:15 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
San Ramon Valley is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Granada 49-13. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Matadors recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Cole Dawes was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 212 yards and five touchdowns on only 16 passes. San Ramon Valley is undefeated when Dawes posts three or more passing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.

San Ramon Valley's record now sits at 4-2. As for Amador Valley, their record is now 2-4.
San Ramon Valley won a game that couldn't have been any closer in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, slipping by Amador Valley 29-28. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Dons' Tristan Tia, who threw for 262 yards and one touchdown while picking up 10.9 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 44 yards and one score.
