Football Recap: New Rochelle Comes Up Short

New Rochelle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Clarkstown South Vikings, falling 28-7. The Huguenots were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Vikings apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2021.

New Rochelle's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Clarkstown South, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. New Rochelle is set to face off against their familiar foe Suffern at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Clarkstown South will take on rival John Jay at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
