Edmund Burke Academy waltzed into their contest  on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They blew past the Augusta Prep Day Cavaliers 61-15. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11  games by 22  points or more this season.
Edmund Burke Academy got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Leila Eastmead out in front who  posted nine points and six  steals. Eastmead is  crushing it when it comes to  steals: she's   grabbed at least four every time she's  taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was  Carleigh Woods, who  earned ten  points.
 Edmund Burke Academy  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 22  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least eight  offensive boards in 21 consecutive  matchups  dating back to last season.
Edmund Burke Academy has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 13 of their last 14 contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record  this season.
