Volleyball Recap: Roseland Collegiate Prep Comes Up Short at Home Against Tomales

Roseland Collegiate Prep unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the Tomales Braves by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. Grizzlies fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Braves since Thursday.

Roseland Collegiate Prep will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Trinity Prep at 5:30 p.m. on September 4. As for Tomales, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Potter Valley at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Braves' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
