Ryan Matthews Game Report: vs California City

Tulare Union came out on top against California City on Tuesday thanks in part to Ryan Matthews's efforts. Matthews turned in nothing short of a gem, tossing six innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits.
