Basketball Recap: Mattamuskeet Takes a Loss

Mattamuskeet lost against Ocracoke back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mattamuskeet Lakers fell 57-45 to the Ocracoke Dolphins.

Mattamuskeet has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Ocracoke, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-3.

Mattamuskeet has already played their next game (against Cape Hatteras), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Ocracoke will face off against Hobgood Charter at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
