Clarksville Christian scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They took their match at home with ease, bagging a 74-43 victory over Highland Rim Academy. The result was nothing new for Clarksville Christian, who have now won seven contests by 21 points or more so far this season.
Clarksville Christian found their leader in underclassman Jesiah Sutton, who scored 30 points along with five rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Sutton has scored at least 25% of Clarksville Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cyler Middleton, who scored ten points along with seven assists.
Clarksville Christian's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Highland Rim Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Clarksville Christian will be playing at home against South Haven Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. South Haven Christian presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Clarksville Christian in Tennessee (South Haven Christian is ranked 125th, while Clarksville Christian is ranked 331st). Highland Rim Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
