Kingston came tearing into Saturday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Granite Falls Tigers 26-5. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 22-5 on Saturday.

Kingston's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-3. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 22.3 runs over those games. As for Granite Falls, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, Kingston will head out to face off against Olympic at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. The Trojans' pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so the Buccaneers' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Granite Falls, they will challenge Orcas Island at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Vikings have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.25 runs per game on average), something the Tigers will no doubt try to take advantage of.
