Natomas is 4-0 against Destiny Christian Academy since January of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Natomas Nighthawks will welcome the Destiny Christian Academy Lions at 6:00 p.m. Destiny Christian Academy took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Natomas, who comes in off a win.

Natomas took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They won by a goal and slipped past El Camino 2-1.

Sebastian Torres was the driving force of Natomas' attack as he scored both of Natomas' goals, bringing his season total up to seven goals.

Meanwhile, Destiny Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against Woodland, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 1051st, while Wolves are ranked 36th).

Destiny Christian Academy was without their leading scorer, Garrett Gatewood, in Wednesday's game. With Gatewood sidelined, Chase Foster got his first action of the season.

Destiny Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7-1. As for Natomas, they now have a winning record of 4-3-1.

Natomas took their victory against Destiny Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in February of 2018 by a conclusive 4-1. Does Natomas have another victory up their sleeve, or will Destiny Christian Academy turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
