Basketball Recap: Tawas Area Braves vs. Au Gres-Sims Wolverines
If Tawas Area was riding high fresh off their 48-25 takedown of Alcona last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tawas Area Braves came up short against the Au Gres-Sims Wolverines on Tuesday, falling 40-20. The Braves were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wolverines earlier this season, when they won 36-30.
Au Gres-Sims' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lillie Maser, who went 6-for-8 to rack up 12 points and three steals.
