Volleyball Recap: Eastpointe Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Eastpointe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Fitzgerald Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

Eastpointe's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Fitzgerald, their victory ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastpointe will host South Lake at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fitzgerald, they will be playing at home against Clintondale at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
