Soccer Recap: Oconee County Triumphs

The Oconee County Warriors sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Parkview Panthers on Tuesday.

Oconee County is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Parkview, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oconee County will face off against Morgan County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Parkview, they will challenge Archer at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Archer will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Parkview surely won't give up without a fight.
