Volleyball Recap: Sparks Comes Up Short

Sparks lost against Spring Creek back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Railroaders came up short against the Spartans, falling 3-0. The Railroaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-5, 25-12, 25-8.

Sparks' loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Spring Creek, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-8.

Sparks and Spring Creek will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Railroaders will face off against rival Incline at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Spring Creek is set to challenge their familiar foe Elko at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
