Basketball Recap: St. Cloud Cathedral Comes Up Short

St. Cloud Cathedral was the 65-63 winner over Milaca when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders were beaten by the Milaca Wolves 81-46 on Monday. While losing is never fun, the Crusaders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 228th, while the Wolves are ranked 59th).

St. Cloud Cathedral's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Milaca, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.

St. Cloud Cathedral and Rocori will face off at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played. St. Cloud Cathedral is facing Rocori at the right time seeing as Rocori is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Milaca, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Little Falls at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
