Baseball Recap: Laredo LBJ Takes a Loss

Laredo LBJ lost against Eagle Pass last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Laredo LBJ lost 13-5 to Eagle Pass. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mark Flores made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI. Those two doubles gave him a new career-high.

Laredo LBJ's loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Eagle Pass, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-7-1 record this season.

Coincidentally, Laredo LBJ and Eagle Pass will both be playing Alexander the next time they take the field. Eagle Pass will host Alexander at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Laredo LBJ will host them at 7:00 p.m. on April 8.
