Volleyball Recap: Whitwell Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Whitwell lost against Coffee County Central back in September of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers fell just short of the Red Raiders by a score of 2-1. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Whitwell sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 23-25, 15-4.

Whitwell's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Coffee County Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Whitwell will host North Jackson at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Coffee County Central, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Spring Hill on the 20th.
